Everything about earning, levelling up and spending TreeT points.

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every S$1 actually paid, calculated after coupons and discounts. Points are credited automatically once payment completes.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Points live in your account, and joining is free. Checkout requires sign-in, so no order ever misses its points.

How do membership tiers work?

Tiers are based on lifetime points earned: Starter (free to join), Collector (unlocks at 5,000 pts) and Grail (unlocks at 20,000 pts). Lifetime totals never go down, so spending points never costs you your tier.

How do I spend points?

Redeem them in the rewards shop. Redemptions deduct from your available balance only — your lifetime total and tier are unaffected.

Do points expire?

Not currently. If this ever changes, we will give advance notice.

What about cancelled or refunded orders?

Points are only awarded for completed, paid orders. If an order is cancelled or fully refunded, the matching points are reversed.

Can I transfer points or cash them out?

No. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Sign in and open your account page to see your balance, lifetime total and a full history of every points movement.
