Every TreeT Card order is packed by hand and sent with a tracked courier, so you can follow it from our table to your door. Here's exactly how we pack, what shipping costs, and where we deliver.

Careful packaging

Every card is sleeved, then secured in a toploader or card saver, and cushioned inside a bubble-padded mailer. Graded slabs get extra padding so the case arrives exactly as listed. Your cards reach you in the same condition you saw in the photos.

Tracked delivery

All orders ship with a tracked courier. Once your parcel is on its way we'll email you the carrier and tracking number, and you can follow its progress any time from your account.

Shipping fees

Standard shipping is a flat S$2.99 per order. Spend S$50 or more and shipping is free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout. Member free-shipping coupons, when available, also waive this fee.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Singapore only. Overseas shipping isn't available yet — we're working on it, and we'll announce it here the moment it opens.

Processing time

Most orders are packed and handed to the courier within a couple of business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
