Welcome to TreeT Card. By creating an account or placing an order on treetcard.com, you agree to the following terms.

Our service

TreeT Card is a Singapore-based online store for Pokémon Trading Card Game (PTCG) singles, graded cards and related merchandise.

Accounts

Provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or fraud.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. If an item is out of stock or clearly mispriced, we may cancel the order with a full refund.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Singapore. Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary with courier conditions.

Returns

Card condition is as described on the product page. If you receive a wrong or transit-damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange.

Points and membership

Earn 1 point per S$1 spent. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. We may adjust the program with prior notice.

Intellectual property

Pokémon and all related names and images are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK and The Pokémon Company. TreeT Card is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
